Lovense Discord Bot Not Working? Start Here
Most Lovense issues come from one of four places: the app session, the Discord channel, the receiver's access controls, or the active event state.
Fastest sanity check
First, make sure Lovense Remote still sees the toy. Then run /lovense status and /lovense test in Discord. If the app sees the toy but Succubus does not, reconnect with /lovense connect.
The Lovense app connection and Succubus bot session are related, but they can fall out of sync.
Current Lovense commands to check
Use /lovense connect to reconnect, /lovense status to inspect the session, /lovense test to send a short test pattern, and /lovense stop_all to stop connected toys.
For remote-control sessions, current commands include /lovense remote allow, /lovense remote disallow, /lovense remote list, /lovense remote toggle_pause, and /lovense remote send. Use /lovense block for problem users.
If AI haptics do not trigger
For private AI scenes, open /chat user_settings and make sure Function Calling and FC: Lovense Integration are enabled. AI haptics also need an active connected toy and should stay opt-in.
QR or link code expired
The QR/link-code setup window lasts about 60 seconds. Open Lovense Remote first, then run /lovense connect again for a fresh code.
Toy connected in app, silent in Discord
Run /lovense status. If Succubus does not list the toy, reconnect even if Lovense Remote still looks connected.
Remote sender cannot control
Check whether the receiver is paused, blocked the sender, removed access with /lovense remote disallow, or no longer has an active connected toy. Use /lovense remote list to review configured access.
Group event not working
Group scenes use joined participants and modes like trigger_words or host_control. Current host commands include /lovense orgy start, /lovense orgy add_trigger, /lovense orgy list_triggers, /lovense orgy del_trigger, /lovense orgy send, and /lovense orgy stop.

Stop all patterns
Use /lovense stop_all so nobody is stuck with a stale vibration or pattern.
Restart Lovense Remote
Close and reopen the app, then confirm the toy is connected there first.
Reconnect in Discord
Run /lovense connect again, then verify with /lovense status and /lovense test.
