• User Content: any Content you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Service, excluding AI-Generated Content.

Third-Party Platforms maintain their own privacy policies, which govern their independent data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Third-Party Platforms, and you should review their policies before using their services.

• Platform-related data, including Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, and similar technical identifiers needed to route responses, apply settings, and support user-specific or server-specific functionality
• Command and interaction context, such as the user who invoked a command, the destination channel, and command arguments used to process requests
• Opt-in message, prompt, settings, and output data, including prompts, attachments, generated outputs, preferences, and other interactions used to provide chatbot and related features
• Billing and subscription information obtained from payment partners and subscription platforms, including Patreon, to maintain access and manage payment-related issues
• Website usage data, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, including data collected through Google Analytics
• Referral and attribution data, including the referralCode cookie and related referral flow metadata when you use referral-enabled links
• Consent and access-control data, including age verification state, cookie-consent state, and date-of-birth information where collected for access control or compliance purposes
• Support and voluntary submissions, including contact details and information you provide when you email us or contact us through support or Patreon messaging

The Service is accessible globally, and your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your place of residence, including the United States and the Philippines. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

The Service is intended for users who have reached the age of legal majority and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly permit use by minors. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete it.
