Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

Some features of SuccubusBot are available only through a paid subscription or paid access plan. Prices, features, and billing intervals are shown at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions are currently purchased and managed through Patreon. If additional billing methods are introduced later, their checkout and account controls may differ.

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. For current Patreon subscriptions, recurring billing is handled through Patreon.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or billing method used to purchase it.

For Patreon-billed subscriptions, cancellation must be completed in your Patreon membership settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not retroactively reverse charges already processed unless a refund is approved under this policy.

Patreon subscriptions are refundable for up to 30 days through a manual refund request. To request a refund, email [email protected] or send us a message through Patreon chat.

Refunds are handled on a no-questions-asked basis for eligible Patreon subscriptions within that 30-day period.

Because of how Patreon refunds work, if we issue a refund we will need to block your access to our Patreon page until the next billing cycle to avoid accidental re-billing. If you want to subscribe again after that, contact [email protected] and we can re-allow access for a new subscription.

Before filing a chargeback, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access.

We may change pricing from time to time. Any price change for recurring subscriptions will apply prospectively and not retroactively, subject to applicable law and the billing platform's rules.

Where required, applicable taxes may be added to the purchase price.
