Lovense Setup

How to Connect Lovense Toys to SuccubusBot

Succubus can add optional haptics to Discord scenes when you connect Lovense Remote and choose who, if anyone, gets control.

The connection belongs to the toy owner

Lovense support is opt-in. You connect your own Lovense Remote session, test your own connected toys, and can stop patterns with Succubus controls or the Lovense app.

Do not treat haptics as a server-wide free-for-all. Remote access, group events, and AI haptic tools should stay permissioned and explicit.

Install the Lovense Remote app first

You need the Lovense Remote app before SuccubusBot can connect to your toy. Install it first, pair your toy inside Lovense Remote, then run /lovense connect in Discord.

For the smoothest setup, start with Android or iOS. Need a toy first? Browse Lovense best-sellers.

Connect in four steps

Have Lovense Remote installed and open before you start; QR/link-code sessions expire after about 60 seconds.

1

Install the Lovense Remote app

Download Lovense Remote, open it, and pair your toy inside the app before starting the Discord connection flow.

2

Run /lovense connect

Use the command in a server SuccubusBot can access, or in the bot's DMs. Succubus shows a QR/link-code connection flow.

3

Scan the QR code or enter the link code

Scan the QR or enter the link code inside Lovense Remote, not a normal camera app. If it expires, run /lovense connect again.

4

Test and check status

Use /lovense status and /lovense test to confirm Succubus sees the connected toy and its available capabilities.

Stop anytime

Use /lovense stop_all when you need to end haptics immediately. You can also use Lovense Remote controls directly.

Choose access

Use remote allow/disallow flows when another user or role should be able to send patterns. Pause or block access when needed.

Device capabilities vary

Succubus uses the capabilities exposed by each connected device. Not every toy supports every function or pattern shape.

Group scenes are server features

Group haptic events should be opt-in, channel-bound, and managed by trusted server staff.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Lovense app do I need?+
Use Lovense Remote. Install it from Google Play, the iOS App Store, or Lovense's desktop downloads, then pair your toy inside the app before running /lovense connect.
Do I need a Lovense developer account?+
No. The normal user flow uses Lovense Remote. Keep the app open and connected while setting up.
Why did the QR or link code expire?+
Connection codes are short-lived. Open Lovense Remote first, then run /lovense connect again for a fresh code.
Can the AI control my toy automatically?+
Only when the relevant Lovense/function-calling settings and connected-toy context are enabled. Keep haptic scenes opt-in and use stop controls anytime.
Can anyone in my server control my toy?+
No. Remote control should depend on your allowlist, role access, pause/block state, and active event participation.

Make the scene physical, carefully

Connect Lovense when you want touch in the loop, and keep the controls in the receiver's hands.
