Lovense Discord Bots: SuccubusBot and Self-Hosted Options
The useful choice is how you want to connect and operate toy control. Here are three documented Discord options, with the setup work each asks of you.
Choose a bot for the character experience
SuccubusBot lets a custom AI persona control your connected Lovense toy during private chat. If you want a character with its own personality to shape the session, that is a reason to choose it alongside its manual pattern commands.
Connect with /lovense connect, choose your persona, and start a private character chat.
For a server in Lovense’s affiliate programme, character control adds another use to show prospective toy owners. Promote the bot with your own affiliate links so members can try the character experience and eligible toy purchases can earn referral commissions.
SuccubusBot: use an existing Discord bot
Choose SuccubusBot when you want Lovense commands alongside character chat and other server features. You add the bot rather than hosting its process yourself. Run /lovense connect and link Lovense Remote, then check /lovense status.
The current command catalog includes remote patterns, user/role access entries, saved patterns and channel group events. Useful names include /lovense remote send, /lovense remote allow, /lovense orgy send and /lovense orgy add_trigger.
Connection and remote-control commands are free to use. Try the group setup with your participants before scheduling a session.
See the command list and connection-route overview.
LolaBot: operate a local-API integration
LolaBot offers slash commands for vibration, stopping, presets, battery information and selected device functions. It uses the Lovense Local API and a Node.js bot process you operate.
You configure a Discord application, the bot and its local connection to Lovense Remote.
LovenseBot: operate a callback-based integration
LovenseBot requires a Lovense developer account and callback URL. Users connect through a QR flow, and their toys enter a shared pool for that Discord server.
Its vibration and pattern commands can activate the pool. You run the bot and callback service yourself.
Make the choice on concrete requirements
- Use an existing bot: consider SuccubusBot if you want its Discord and character features without running the service yourself.
- Control the software and hosting: read the self-hosted projects and decide which connection model you can maintain.
- Invite a browser controller: a Lovense Control Link is another route and does not require adding a Discord bot.
If your character doesn’t control the toy
Open /chat user_settings and check that Function Calling: Master Switch and FC: Lovense Integration are still on. Both settings are enabled by default.
Questions before choosing
Q: Do two bots collide because their commands have similar names?
A: Discord shows the application that owns a slash command. Choose the intended bot. The more relevant issue is multiple integrations sending actions to the same toy; test one connection path at a time.
Q: Can I use Lovense without enabling image or AI features?
A: Yes. Lovense has its own commands; you do not need an image-generation or character session to connect a toy. Use an appropriate age-restricted channel for adult use.
Q: Is self-hosting automatically more private?
A: It gives you operating responsibility. Review the actual data flow and configuration rather than assuming the label alone establishes privacy.
Start with the connection model you want, then check the current setup instructions for that option.
